Can I use my NDIS funds to buy your products? 

You sure can! If you are self managed or plan managed you should be able to use your NDIS funding to buy our products under  ‘low cost assistive technology also known as AT’. This funding can be accessed from core / consumables. If you do not have enough funding in core / consumables you may be able to use a different category to access funds, If you are unsure please check with your LAC or support coordinator, they will be able to advise you on this. 

Are you able to create visuals for something specific I need? 

Yes absolutely! A big part of our work involves customising resources so they are tailored to the individual. If there is something specific that you need but can’t find, or if you would like to customise any of our creations feel free to contact us. We can design something completely new or add personal photo's and text to any product.  Send us an email using the contact us link and we will supply you with a no obligation quote. 

How long will my order take?

All of our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for orders to be processed and dispatched, excluding the weekends. This excludes communication books and let’s chat books, they can take a little longer as are fully customised.  

Are you an NDIS registered provider?

At this time we are not a registered NDIS provider, this is something we hope to become in the coming months. However, you can still use your NDIS funds to buy our products if you are self managed or plan managed.

 Do you have permission to use PECS? 

Absolutely! We are licensed with Boardmaker.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All of our products are shipped with Australia post

Can I return my items? 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.  For refunds of non personalised items must be returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date. The items must be unused and in the same packaging with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Unfortunately we are unable to refund after the 2 week period. Please email us if you wish to return an item. 

Do your products contain small parts? 

Yes, Some of our products have small parts. There are velcro dots on the back of some symbols and could be harmful if swallowed. Please do not leave these products with small children unsupervised.
