At Clever Klogs, we take great care in creating high-quality resources and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original components.
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the personalised nature of these products, custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
This includes any resource that has been customised with names, photographs, specific wording, personalised symbols, or other individual requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Clever Klogs cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cleverklogs.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
