Shipping Information

At Clever Klogs, every resource is handmade to order with care in Melbourne.

Shipping

• Flat rate shipping: $10 Australia-wide
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details.

Processing Times

As all Clever Klogs resources are handmade to order, please allow time for your order to be carefully created before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Signature on Delivery

Most orders are sent with Signature on Delivery. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will leave a collection notification and your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Parcels must be collected within the timeframe specified by Australia Post. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Clever Klogs, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by Australia Post. While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Clever Klogs is not responsible for delays, loss or damage that occurs during transit.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
