Return and refund Policies
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds on any personalised products.
We offer a refund on ‘non personalised’ products only. Such items will need to be returned to us within 2 weeks. The items must be in it’s original condition and packaging. You will need to provide a receipt as proof as purchase.
You will be responsible for the full payment of postage to return your item, this is non refundable. We recommend you use a carrier with tracking to return any items as we can not guarantee we will receive the item.
Exchanges
We are only able to exchange items if they are damaged. In this instance we will require you send a photo of the damaged item with a brief description to info@cleverklogs.com.au
