Flat Rate Shipping

We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery times apply depending on your location.

Tracking

All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of Australia Post, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact Australia Post directly to resolve the matter.

Signature Required

If your order requires a signature and no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post will take your parcel to your local post office for collection. You will receive a notification with the details.

Uncollected Parcels

If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have it sent out again.

Please allow approximately 3 days processing before your order is dispatched.  This excludes communication books and let’s chat books, processing times for these are approximately 1 week.
