Self regulation activity

If your student struggles with self-regulation, this activity is a fantastic tool. They will learn how recognise their emotions and what they can do to get themselves back into a calm zone.

The user will be supported to choose the appropriate emotion symbol, then select an activity that will help them to manage their feelings and self regulate.  

Each activity set includes:

• 1 x A5 size visual for displaying the emotion they are feeling and activity
